Service One - Concept Design
Site meeting
The heart of every new design comes from the initial meeting and discussion. Land orientation, views and available land all play major parts early in the concept ideas. We discuss your requirements such as your family needs, living, and sleeping areas and also outdoor spaces to get a starting point on you design.
Design stage
We investigate what parameters are available to your design from the view of conforming to the regulations and restrictions formed by national and territorial agencies. With all the pieces in place we construct a three dimensional scale model of your design, complete with floor plans, elevation views and 3D angles to visualize your new home.
Delivery
Review. Once delivered, your plans are reviewed and tweaked where necessary. If you are happy with the design, the plans go back to the desk for the next steps of working drawings.

Service Two - Working Drawings
Working Drawings
Modeling
Working drawings consist of the in depth methods for the build to satisfy the requirements of the building consent authority. They also double as the plan set for the builder, plumber, electrician and supply merchants. If you previously had a concept model designed or are starting at the working drawings stage, the model is the base for the working drawings. The model is further developed to an accurate representation.
Two dimensional plan drawings
Once the 3D model is complete, the different pages are defined in 2D format.
Plan pages consist of:
· Site Plan
· Elevations
· Foundation Plan
· Floor Plan
· Presentation Plan
· Deck Plan
· Roof & Roof Framing Plan
· Sections, Details, Electrical and Specifications pages
Should the design require engineering for unsuitable soil areas, sloping sections or steel beam requirements, the design is sent off to an engineer at this stage.
Once the engineering design is received the working drawings are collated and sent in for BCA approval.
Once approved, your chosen builder has the ability to start the build.
Service Three - Image Rendering
Occasionally a client need a 3D photo representation of a concept. We can provide an image or view from your chosen perspective to help to share your vision.
